Grounding

“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.” – Theodore Roosevelt Afro Flow Yoga defines “grounding” as re-connecting with the Earth, the core provider and solid foundation that we came from and rely on for nourishment on all levels.  As we ground down through our feet, we establish a vital connection with the Earth.  Only when solidly grounded, can we uplift our souls and reach for something greater!
