Is a year long hybrid course that combines online meetings and a series of in-person intensives. We are offering two tracks to becoming an Afro Flow Yoga practitioner. This program is designed in 4 modules and are offered to individuals who want to teach Afro Flow Yoga classes and/or for those who simply want to deepen their practice. CLICK HERE.
The Afro Flow Yoga Ambassador (Work Exchange) Program is for people who are passionate about Afro Flow Yoga and want to delve deeper into their practice in exchange for a class card and a discount programs.
