Testimonials
“Leslie and Jeff have been awesome additions to our Jackson Mann Community Center family. The way they pour out each week to the kids of our After School program is impressive. The kids come back each week excited to engage and always remembering the different poses, dance moves, and instruments they learned about the week prior. I can honestly say that the introduction of Afro Flow Yoga® into their school week has impacted the kids moods, temperament, and disposition toward one another and their school work. GO AFROFLOW YOGA®!” – Kerrian Johnson, Director of School of Age Programming, Jackson Mann Community Center

Fet Gede  (Nov 4th) in Haiti for example, known as the Festival of the Ancestors,  is a time when people dress up, take to the streets and dance their communion with the ancestors.  Honoring those who have come before us gives us great knowledge of the past and great insight into the future by understanding the gifts and burdens that we have inherited.

Salmon Jones has been in the yoga game since her days training as a dancer at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, where she experienced the connection between the two forms of movement.  Full article
