Wellesley College welcomes Leslie and the Afro Flow Yoga team, Wednesday, 2/29/2012!  This event in FREE to both students and the general public.  Bring a yoga mat, water and get ready to groove and shake to the soothing and enlivening rhythms of live drums.

Leslie Salmon Jones joins forces with Tito Jackson, City Councillor for District 7, to fundraise for his on-going political work in Boston.  Leslie will teach her invigorating, rejuvinating Afro Flow Yoga class set to live drumming for the occasion!  No previous experience with dance or yoga is required…just an open mind and heart!

Join Leslie Salmon Jones, the Afro Flow Yoga team and lululemon athletica this Wednesday night on Boston’s beautiful Esplanade for Sunset Yoga!  Leslie will lead this class to kick off The Esplanade Association’s summer events.  Best of all–this event is FREE and a great way to participate in Afro Flow Yoga for students unable to attend Leslie’s Monday night class at South Boston Yoga.

South Boston en Acción presents their fourth annual South Boston Health Fair on Saturday, 6/18/2011 from 11am-2pm. Leslie will teach a complimentary Afro Flow Yoga class from 12:00-12:45pm with live drumming by Jeff Jones.

Join us for a day of health, food, community and fun!  This event will be held at the Condon Elementary School, 200 D Street in South Boston.  There is parking behind the school.

The Rundown:
Meet at the Carousel on the Boston Common at 9am for the optional 2-mile run, and then join Leslie back there at 9:30am for Afro Flow Yoga class! In case of inclement weather, the class will be held in the Prudential center store. Yoga mats will be provided on a first come, first serve basis, so you may want to bring your own.
