Join Certified Facilitator of the Flow – Gina as she brings Afro Flow Yoga to Tovami Yoga Studios in Mamaroneck, NY. A dancer at heart, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Gina is dedicated to promoting health and wellness and is excited to share Afro Flow Yoga.

Come experience the unique blend of music, meditation, yoga and dance of the African Diaspora. Connect with the elements of Earth and Sky, in a heart-opening, inclusive, diverse circle of non-judgement.
